This topics involves the manipulation of whole numbers without the use of a calculator. It includes times tables, long division, addition and subtraction and the ability to interpret which skill is required to solve each problem.

It will be assessed on Friday the 9th of May during class time.

Extension work for this topic involves the estimating of answers requiring more than one step.
